Responsibilities
Driving net revenue optimization by creating insights of the RGM levers (e.g. promo effectiveness, mix management, distribution, trade investments) for the local marketing and commercial teams
Ensuring that the way the RGM strategy is executed helps the wider company, region and countries to realize the company goals
Drive compliance with regulations and global RGM framework and ensure high quality budget planning and management (with help of the rebate & trade spend manager)

Tactical/strategical areas
Act as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements by
Define price maps, price elasticity, and price settings for relevant categories in close alignment with Shopper, Global RGM, and Category Management teams, ensuring a consistent pricing approach across all brands.
Develop and implement frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ROI analysis) to evaluate customer‐specific investments and optimize resource allocation.
Drive price and distribution optimization by acting as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and finance teams while always acting with integrity as a custodian of our commercial strategy
Leverage AI and AI‐based RGM tools to enhance analysis and decision‐making, including negotiation support for commercial teams by providing the right insights
Keep track of external developments and customer and competitor behaviour in the RGM domain
Different cross‐countries (Western European) improvement processes
Operational areas
Install and govern a proper process of all relevant local SAP loads, including price uplifts and distribution that is compliant to the RGM framework and in line with customer contracts
Be the guardian of the Philips Global Pricing, Promotion and Distribution Strategy (Commercial Strategy) in the Iberia market and a business category in Western Europe
Onboard sales and marketing into the pricing and distribution strategy to ensure that distribution, promotions and contract agreements are negotiated within the Commercial Strategy framework
Ensure proper functioning of the exception escalation process (or even better: avoid that exceptions are needed)
Coordinate the pricing process toward customers (ensure customers receive their updated price list on time and in full)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Masters degree with 5-7 years of working experience, preferably with prior experience in an RGM role
Experience in pricing, commercial, finance and/or a strategic role
AI savvy with strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory)
Strong commercial understanding
Ability to work in a virtual team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross‐functional, cross‐layer)
Project management skills
Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands‐on
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience with working in a business with complex market
Ability to work on multiple subjects at the same time
Fluent in English and Spanish

This position is based in Madrid, Spain.
