Job responsibilities
The Health & Safety Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:
* Support in Health & Safety Regulatory Management
o Collaborate and learn about the management, implementation, control, and monitoring of obligations derived from Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
o Assist in the organization and maintenance of technical and legal documentation required by current Health & Safety legislation, understanding its importance and practical use.
o Support the monitoring of deadlines and regulatory requirements to ensure documentation validity and availability.
* Participation in Health & Safety Audits, Certifications, and Projects
o Participate in the preparation and management of Occupational Risk Prevention audits and Healthy Organization certifications, gaining insight into processes and required documentation.
o Collaborate in the implementation, monitoring, and control of specific Health & Safety projects, understanding their contribution to the company’s safety and health objectives.
* Administrative and Documentation Management
o Support the organization and maintenance of both physical and digital documentation archives within the Health & Safety department.
o Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, statistics, and in incident management.

PROFILE NEEDED
* MAIN STUDIES: Degree in Human Resources or related field. Master in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is a plus. Interest and/or basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations (considered a key asset).
* IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (mainly Excel).
* EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a similar role is valuable.
* AVAILABILITY: For an immediate incorporation
* IMPORTANT: Possibility to sign an agreement with an official university for 6 months minimum.
