**IT Serialization Lead**
This position reports into the PO Serialization and is based at Alcala de Henares, Spain.

**What You Will Do**
As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, reporting to the Global Serialization lead, this role will be responsible for deploying and managing our global level 4 SAP ATTP solution. This role requires an understanding of the functionalities of the ATTP solution and the link with level 3 serialization software’s like Antares. This role will cover both BU-IT as well as TS responsibilities. The role will keep a close contact with our serialization solution providers and SAP in particular.
This role will work at the intersection of business vision & strategy and technical execution to deploy and manage global serialization.
Key Responsibilities
BU-IT Level key activities:
- Shape and prioritize backlog + Translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Resources and budget planning
- Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- work with TS partner(s) to assess solutions.
- Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders.
- Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on performance.
- Work with SAP Basis team on maintenance planning
- Work with TS for securing on time project deliveries.
- Drive alignment with BU partners
TS Level4 tasks
- Increase Serialization systems technical knowledge with focus on SAP ATTP
- Prepare implementation of patches / updates / fixes.
- Facilitate serialization deployments in other countries or for 3PL’s and CMO’s.
- Connection with L3.
- Initial build tests and prepare test scenarios.
- Support SME BST and UAT.
- Hypercare organization.
- Productive roll-out support.
- Connection with software suppliers for requirements and fixes.
**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**
- 5 years' experience as a business/technology owner in IT Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related field
- Understanding of SAP-ATTP
- Ability to be hands on with Serialization solutions configuration and development.
- Basis Experience and understanding eco-systems with ERPs.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment within pharma and/or consumer product industry, specifically in the serialization and Track and Trace (T&T;) area.
- Understanding of industry T&T; trends and customer needs, ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for technology that best support business goals.
- Experience in working with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Ability to deploy, manage and maintain IT solutions support models for the serialization area.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with engineers, developers as well as with business managers, business SME’s.
- Professional certifications preferred but not required: Agile, PM, ITIL, Change management etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
- Professional level of English & Spanish (written and verbal)
