In addition, the Project Manager will ensure full compliance with local site electrical safety regulations, strengthening overall operational reliability.Key responsibilities:Manage and supervise the project portfolio and ensure the projects delivered successfullyDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for international business projectsCommunicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are metIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesMonitor and report project progress to senior managementEnsure compliance with international regulations and policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesManage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessibleProvide guidance and support to project team membersLead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processesContribute to the development and implementation of project management processes and best practicesQualification and expertise:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field; master's degree preferred.More than 8 years of experience in large-scale project delivery and coordination.Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects in the European region.Expertise in wind and grid-scale BESS project management.Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Native in Spanish and professional level in English; proficiency in additional European languages or Mandarin is a plus.Ability to travel within Spain and Europe/internationally as required.
