The hc / Conscious Business Community in Mallorca launched by Dr. Helen Cummins offers a variety of services to members including – networking, professional and personal development, and social events.
We are searching for an experienced person to manage and coordinate the events. This role includes both the smooth running of the physical space, the coordination of the events, and the management of the online events platform.
The role is broad and varied with a range of tasks under the headings of communications, customer support, sales and marketing, event coordination, and facilities management.
Required skills :
* Applicants must speak and write fluently in German, English, and Spanish.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Self-motivated, willing to take responsibility, and have a mature perspective.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Time management and multi-tasking.
* Deep knowledge of digital marketing software.
* Be a good team player.
Tasks include :
* Warm and friendly communication style to engage with members both online and in person.
* Handle the marketing, selection, and onboarding of new members.
* Coordinate and manage a yearly event calendar for the community members.
* Creative ability for creating interesting events and marketing campaigns.
* At least three years' experience in either hospitality, marketing, community management, and / or event planning.
* Sales experience (e.g. following up on enquiries, arranging meetings, achieving the sales target).
Qualifications :
* University studies, a degree in Hospitality Management and / or Sales & Marketing / Event Management.
* B2B and / or B2C sales knowledge.
Languages :
Must speak & write fluent German & English.
