Responsibilities:
- Live our vision, values and beliefs every day
- Represent the company brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
- Stay informed and familiar with all products and services offered
- Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
- Greet and welcome all clients ensuring they are properly advised on the collections
- Guide and attend clients with a high customer service standard
- Fulfil store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner, whilst building strong relationships with clients
- Gather and collate clients’ CRM details in order to build the client book, follow-up with clients and maintain relationships.
- Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Sandon’s visual merchandising guidelines
- Follow procedures and xhfqzwm respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior
- POS (Point of sales) transactions
Requirements:
- Experience in a high-end interior design showroom is a plus
- Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
