What you will find at Manpower Outsourcing? We offer outsourcing solutions based on talent for operations, departments and services to boost the productivity needed to succeed in an increasingly demanding environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating and building a portfolio of active clients and providing a high‑quality service that ensures active accounts are consolidated as clients. You will manage between 70 and 100 workers, coordinating their day‑to‑day, staying aware of problems and issues that may arise in our services to solve them fairly, quickly and professionally. You will maintain effective and constant communication with suppliers, project managers, workers and, occasionally, union representatives. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact with clients in strategic areas such as Operations, Human Resources, Occupational Risk Prevention, Finance and Sales, ensuring smooth coordination aligned with service objectives. Finally, you will interview, select, evaluate and hire the right candidate for the profile requested by the client. You will inform the candidate before hiring about quality policy, risk prevention, Manpower values and the terms of the contractual relationship. You will monitor and control service satisfaction by sending quality questionnaires to all active services as applicable.
