Overview The job incumbent will be responsible for managing and granting the right processes of different warehouses according to Ecolab policies.
Responsibilities Warehousing & Transportation management: act as liaison with 3PLs to grant operational procedures. The 3PLs are integrated at different levels according to operational needs.
Coordinate and monitor Inbound & Outbound processes, providing solutions to operational issues.
Manage and resolve stock discrepancies.
Manage and improve customer delivery performance (and customer returns).
Manage and resolve transportation issues.
Report any safety issues in accordance with Ecolab policies.
Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and promote its implementation at the 3PLs.
SAP Master data management Act as the custodian of material creation at warehouse level.
Maintain customer information accurately.
Responsible for creating operational events in SAP.
Skills And Experience Logistics or planning background preferred.
Microsoft Office experience (specifically Microsoft Excel).
Solid experience using SAP (proof required).
English: negotiation level required.
Technical or Economics degree (supply chain complementary certifications or studies are strongly valued).
About The Selected Person The employee will be part of a team with a strong operational mindset and should work in coordination with the rest of the team.
Open-minded and able to work in complex environments under pressure.
Ability to make right decisions with limited direct supervision.
Will need to be at our central warehouse located in Barcelona province several days per week.
