POSITION OVERVIEW

* Outstanding contribution to business volume by strategically developing key clients, growing our market share, and building sustainable long-term relationships.
* Trust generator both internally and externally, transparent person with a high capacity for teamwork.
* Ensure compliance with sales and profitability objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES

* Efficient management of budgets.
* Increase Revlon Beauty's market share within assigned accounts.
* Customer loyalty and service (CRM).
* Develop specific strategic plans for each type of client.
* Negotiate and close annual agreements (templates) for accounts.
* Follow-up on promotional proposals.
* Control client merchandising (Category Management).
* Monitor service level by SKU and stockouts on shelves.
* Control and monitor the Point of Sale.
* Achieve sales and profitability growth for accounts.
* Profitability of promotional proposals.
* Deep knowledge of accounts (buyer, stores, area of influence, competition).

EXPERIENCE

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or perfumery channels.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Financial knowledge, P&L management with analytical skills.
* Negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proactivity and opportunity-seeking.
* Ability to work in a team.
