Job Title: Supply Planner
Department: Supply Chain
Location: Remote (Barcelona based)
Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager
Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability by translating demand forecasts into actionable procurement plans with our third-party manufacturers and suppliers. You will play a key role in inventory analysis, delivery follow-up, transport coordination, and master data management, contributing directly to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Demand Planning & Procurement:
* Analyze demand forecasts to create and launch purchase orders to third-party manufacturers in line with business needs and inventory targets.
* Delivery & Supplier Follow-up:
* Monitor and follow up on supplier confirmations, production timelines, and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of goods.
* Inventory Management:
* Conduct regular analysis of stock levels, stock coverage, and aging to maintain optimal inventory across locations. Propose stock redistribution when needed.
* Incident Management:
* Track and resolve supply-related incidents (delays, quality issues, shortages) in collaboration with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
* Transportation Coordination:
* Organize and follow up on inbound transportation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, in alignment with delivery targets.
* Master Data Ownership:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data in the ERP system, including lead times, MOQ, packaging details, etc..
Profile & Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
* 2+ years experience in planning, preferably in a company with outsourced manufacturing.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
* Familiarity with ERP systems
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and cross-functional environment.
