The Regional Sales Manager will be the lead point of contact for all customer matters, anticipate on the customer needs, works within the company to ensure deadlines for the customer are met, and help the customer to succeed.He/she will also bring in new business from existing customers or contacts and will develop actively new relationships with potential clients.Manage and develop strong customer relationships with new and existing customers in the region and across all product sectors and particularly those of strategic importance to the business.- Actively identify potential new customers in the region and win business in accordance with agreed targets to achieve growth in line with Liquibox EMEA revenue and profit objectives.- Respond to all new enquiries, provide industry solutions and manage commercial projects within the region.- Prepare, manage and deliver sales revenue and earnings plans for the region, in line with business objectives and as set out in annual sales budget.- Achieve year on year sales revenue and earnings growth.- Develop a pricing strategy for the product sectors within the region in accordance with agreed guidelines.- Actively provide clear and focused direction to any agents and distributors in the region. This will involve full commercial and technical support- Determine the specification range for the region according to the technical requirements of the marketplace.- Communicate and coordinate customer needs within the Liquibox organization to ensure successful resolution - this includes complaints, regulatory requirements, commercial administrative matters etc.- Understand the marketplace and provide market information to the Vice President of Sales -EMEA-. Prepare sales forecasts, plans, reports and related documentation as required by the role. Participate in weekly,monthly sales and related meetings as required.**Requirements**:- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the related field.
