What you will do:

The Roles, Key Responsibilities, and Tasks:

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a People Business Partner, you will be in charge of:

* Partner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent development, performance management, compensation cycles, and engagement programs.
* Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people-related matters. Develop strong partnerships with eDO leaders within your assigned business areas, proactively guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives through critical thinking to assess needs and recommend appropriate actions.

What you need to succeed:

Good to have:

* Experience working in midsized organizations (approximately 500 to 1000 employees), ideally within dynamic and fast-paced environments.

* 35+ years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a strong track record of partnering with HR centers of expertise (People Expertise Areas).

* Demonstrated ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity with confidence and clarity.

* Skilled in conflict resolution and driving change management initiatives. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Hands-on experience delivering HR programs across the full employee lifecycle.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into impactful actions.

* Familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR, such as those used for talent acquisition, engagement analysis, or performance management.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with applied AI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
* Experimentation mindset: curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions.
* AI-enhanced problem solving: leveraging AI tools to debug code, streamline processes, and improve productivity.
* Adaptability and learning agility: enthusiasm for continuous learning and quick adaptation to new AI features.
* Collaboration with AI: experience or interest in working closely with AI tools as pair programmers.
