Yourmainmissionwillbetocollaborateandcontributetoprojectmanagementandtheplanning,production, andexecutionofeventsdevelopedwithinEDADrinks&WineCampus.

Ourmainareasofworkfocuson:

Management andsupporttothe Management Team:

• Preparedocumentation,presentations, andmanagementreports.
• FollowuponEDAprojectsandstrategicinitiatives.
• Coordinatemeetingswithinternalandexternalstakeholders(wineries,institutions,orotheragents).
• Supporttheadministrative andoperationalmanagementoftheEDAproject.
• Co-designeachEDAevent.
• Plantheneedsandresourcesofeachevent,ensuringqualityprocesses.
• Executeand superviseeventproduction.
• Coordinatedifferentteamsandsuppliers.
• Documentthefinancialclosureofeachevent.
• Evaluateclientsatisfaction.

Doyouidentifywiththefollowingcharacteristics?

• Youhave a Bachelor´s Degree inGastronomy,Tourism,EventManagement, BusinessAdministration,ora similarfield.
• Youhaveexperienceinprojectmanagementand/oreventproduction.
• Youhaveorganizational,planning, and multitaskingskills.
• Youpossesscommunicationandcoordinationskillswithdifferentteams.
• Youare proactive andresults-oriented.
• Itwillmakeadifferenceif:
• YouarecomfortableinteractinginSpanish,Basque, and English (C1).
• Youhaveexperienceorinterestinthewineandbeveragesector.
• Youhaveworkedinacademic,research,orinnovationcenterenvironment
• Youhaveexperiencemanagingeventsininternationaland multiculturalsettings.
• Youhaveknowledgeofprojectmanagement.
