Business Development Support – International Division brWe are looking to expand our International Division by adding a Business Development Support professional who will work closely with one of our Business Developers to execute operational and support activities. brIf you are highly organised, communicative, and eager to learn, this could be your next big opportunity! brResponsibilities: brCollaborate in the preparation and response to proposals by coordinating with: brHuman Resources for identifying and validating profiles. brFinance for calculating rates and terms. brInternational teams across the group to coordinate information and joint activities. brAssist the Business Manager in the development and presentation of commercial proposals. brPrepare meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions. brOrganize documentation and maintain operational tracking of ongoing activities. brProvide support in HR activities, such as participating in Career Talks for consultants. brAct as a point of contact for minor inquiries from unit consultants. Requirements: brUniversity degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, or similar. brStrong communication skills and a keen interest in developing a career in a commercial and HR-oriented environment. brNo prior experience required: initial 6-month internship contract offered. brExperience in the aerospace industry is a plus. brExcellent communication skills in international settings. brFluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages (German, etc.) are a plus. brProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point, Excel, and Word. brPrevious experience in cold calling or recruitment is a plus. brProactive, solution-oriented mindset.
