As Business Development Manager, Nozomi (BDMZ) you will lead and develop from our office in Castellón (Spain) the overall promotion of Inkjet Digital Printing category within the Packaging segment by evangelizing the value proposition of Nozomi within our corrugated customer’s market. Your responsibility is to prospect and assist with developing the market for the Packaging Segment while driving demand (volume) to our MIF.
What you will do and what will be your scope:
1. Engage with Nozomi customers and drive demand from analog printing to digital (Nozomi) while evaluating key variables to enable customer success and volume growth
2. Work with customers to develop customized breakeven analysis, to understand the economics of digital printing and drive business from analog to Nozomi
3. Execute training sessions with customers’ sales teams on selling the value of digital
4. Support customers marketing campaigns around digital printing
5. Professionally present digital growth opportunities, success cases, provide training and best practices to clients
6. Identify blockers to customers success and provide innovative solutions to overcome them
7. Track success of programs and critical evaluate best methodology for improvement of customer success
8. Support the Sales team in day-to-day marketing activities
9. Create and develop innovative ways to communicate EFIs digital printing technology message and promote products and services to potential and existing customers, driving customer success, and adoption of digital printing solutions
10. Specialist and consultant pursuing opportunities and cultivating relationships with key partners in complex Information Technology environments
11. Educate and excite customers on the benefits and differentiators of our available professional services to drive sales growth
12. Define and Align from application perspective corporate communication to brand owners and agencies
13. Deploy sales/marketing strategies in tandem with business and marketing department for existing clients
14. Evaluate from customer perspective the effectiveness of all marketing activities
15. Consistently exceed goals and expectations and contribute to our team-oriented culture
16. Create questionnaires and surveys
17. Generate reports that analyze competition and customers
18. Goal driven and team based continuous improvement project management and tracking
What do you bring for this role?
19. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales
20. Prior experience successfully leading business development capacity
21. Digital printing experience preferred
22. Understanding of basics of financial and breakeven modeling
23. Solid background in corrugated/packaging industry
24. Printing Industry – Ideally, this individual will have some previous experience in the Printing arena, which could include a wide variety of categories — packaging Printers, Consumables Companies
25. Digital Printing & Color Management, Good technical knowledge
26. Inkjet Packaging Portfolio – Previous experience with Inkjet Packaging would be a plus
