Overview
As an experienced
PaidSocial/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You should be able to advise clients and their advertising agencies on social network strategies. You will also provide daily support to our media team.
Your role includes running campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and third-party tracking systems. You will evaluate campaigns, extract learnings, and incorporate them into client recommendations.
You need to proactively generate new ideas and stay updated on social media developments. Collaborating with clients to align social media strategies with their goals is essential. You will investigate target audience behaviors and preferences to optimize social media campaigns for better results.
Responsibilities
Manage the planning, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of social media campaigns across all funnel levels.
Work closely with clients, creative teams, strategy teams, media agencies, and external vendors.
Monitor campaign performance and derive insights for ongoing optimization.
Support internal social media teams with paid advertising efforts.
Lead and support campaign creation and planning.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and report findings to clients.
Utilize analytics and social media tools effectively.
Translate analytical results into creative reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or similar, or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills, proactive, flexible, and dynamic.
Experience managing and coordinating teams.
Professional experience in marketing or media agencies.
Deep understanding of social media channels, functions, and communication features.
Specialization in social media networks.
