About the Role
We are looking for a Junior RWE Statistician / Statistical Programmer to join a dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with a passion for Real-World Evidence (RWE), and biostatistics to contribute to meaningful healthcare research.
As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with statisticians, epidemiologists, and data scientists to analyze large real-world datasets and generate insights that support healthcare decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
* Assist in the design, execution, and interpretation of real-world evidence studies, including observational research and health outcomes analyses.
* Perform statistical programming and data analysis using SAS.
* Support the development of statistical methodologies and study protocols.
* Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and quality control procedures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, data scientists, and regulatory experts.
* Contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and reports .
Requirements :
* Master’s degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years industry experience
* Experience or coursework in real-world data analysis (e.g., claims data, electronic health records, registries).
* Proficiency in SAS for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
* Knowledge of biostatistics, epidemiological methods, and study designs .
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
* Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry projects.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for RWE studies (e.g., EMA, FDA).
* Knowledge of machine learning techniques for healthcare analytics.
