We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing office in Malaga. The right candidate will join a fun and energetic team that offers digital marketing expertise to the European market, and will be an integral part of growing our business.
Job Purpose: Support internal employees by identifying underperforming ad campaigns and insufficient pacing, creating media plans and optimization recommendations, and generating custom reports.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the "right hand" to the team employees, supporting all aspects of the sales cycle.
* Master the Ads Manager Ad Studio product to effectively align campaign objectives and targeting with client needs
* Independently identify campaign optimizations and create media plans to drive sales and client retention.
* Increase marketing budget allocation for client by serving as a trusted advisor.
* Resolve campaign pacing issues through cross-functional collaboration.
* Participate in client meetings and communicate with clients as needed.
* Exceed SLA targets and contribute to building a supportive team environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support and ad sales. Preferred: 1-2 years of B2B sales or digital marketing experience, ideally with advertising or agency background.
* Languages; native speaker of French and English proficiency at C1 level.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure in a collaborative environment.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills; capable of working autonomously and reporting progress daily.
* Preferred tools: Familiarity with Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides) and Microsoft Suite.
