Comfort with technical tools and working in a fast-paced, international environment with change and ambiguity is essential.Key job responsibilitiesThis role requires experience in localization, business development, and program management.Create plans and proposals for customer localization teamsAnalyze localization data to identify patterns and insights related to volume, quality, cost, turnaround time, and productivityDefine use cases for automation, conduct testingCreate roadmaps, coordinate with peers, and update leadership with reportsMaintain cross-team processes, such as rules and algorithms for quality checksImprove TER-based metrics and customer-facing quotation workflowsDevelop project plans, manage time, budget, resources, and qualityManage localization projects end-to-end, collaborating with language specialists, internal teams, vendors, and other departmentsSet up projects in proprietary CAT tools, resolve related issues, and address knowledge gapsCollaborate with stakeholders on terminology, language quality, and workflow issuesIdentify and mitigate project risks proactivelyConduct post-mortem analyses and document lessons learnedMaintain localization process documentationA day in the lifeUpdate customers on project status and next stepsWork with quality, capacity, and workflow experts to solve problems and improve processesAlign with peers on customer priorities and strategiesParticipate in cross-customer improvement programsReport on key KPIsAddress questions from customers and stakeholdersCreate and review plans for customers and programsTrain yourself and others, share knowledgeAbout the teamOur team spans six countries across three continents, specializing in localization program management.
