Are you ready to disrupt the fitness, health and wellness industry? For our recently launched seca TRU, we are looking for an engaged and motivated Regional Sales Manager Medical Fitness to join the seca Iberia Team. You will promote the message that fitness and medicine complement each other and that the seca TRU is the ideal solution for health and wellness facilities to offer their members medical grade body composition parameters.
Your Responsibilities
* Consultancy, demonstration and sales of our high-end medical devices for measuring body composition (bioimpedance).
* Extensively educate potential clients and distribution partners about the seca TRU, its technology, benefits and unique features.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and relevant KOLs to support sales, market development and service efforts.
* Act as the main technical, application and sales contact for clients and partners in the Iberia region.
* Drive social media channels (Instagram) and online inquiries.
* Build and maintain a network of buyers, KOLs and industry influencers in the region.
* Successfully acquire new customers in the fitness and wellness sector.
* Collaborate with distribution partners to plan, direct and monitor joint activities to achieve sales targets.
* Develop new distribution channels and programs to meet sales plans and increase market share.
* Participate in trade shows, open days, conferences and organize roadshows and demonstrations.
Your Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales in the fitness industry.
* Solid knowledge of the fitness, health and wellness industry;
experience in driving new concepts in the market.
* Strong ability to consult and educate clients and partners, addressing concerns professionally.
* Excellent ability to build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through direct and indirect leads.
* Enthusiasm for high-end technology and ability to explain it in layman terms.
* Willing to travel up to 70% of time in the sales territory.
* Understanding of business administration and entrepreneurial thinking.
* Highly self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented.
* Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish;
Portuguese is a plus.
