Summary
As our SDR Enterprise, you will break into new accounts and build relationships with multiple contacts across target customer segments. You will collaborate with the sales team, conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads, and qualify leads by understanding their onboarding approach.
Responsibilities
* Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting to generate sales leads that become opportunities and closed business.
* Learn from the sales team and help build out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
* Educate and develop leads via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns.
* Map and understand lead generation processes, support marketing activities, manage prospect touch-points, and coordinate with Account Executives.
* Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
* Follow up to schedule meetings.
Qualifications
* 3–4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
* Ability to work autonomously and source solutions
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset and growth orientation
* Strong writing ability for email campaigns that convert
* Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
* Active relationship builder who collaborates with internal and external teams
* Experience in HR or Fintech preferred
* Experience at a fast-growing startup preferred
* Experience working in remote and distributed teams preferred
* Native/fluent in English and French
