We are currently looking for a wireless engineer.
Responsibilities
An experienced Wireless L3 Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing upgrade projects for the main operators in Spain, ensuring stable network operation, handle technical problems of a product., use tools to regularly check and maintain networks and ensure their stability by following relevant processes and guides. They will contribute to customer's network assurance, complete preventive maintenance inspection and problem handling as specified in the customer's SLA. Provide related reports and onsite training and ensure customer satisfaction.
L3 Wireless Network Support Engineer (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) for major operators in Spain.
Responsible for BTS and OSS upgrade projects.
Support during key events such as the Mobile World Congress, Holy Week, or Christmas.
Job requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Telecommunications Engineering / Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
Languages:
- Spanish and English (Intermediate/Advanced speaking and writing)
Technical Knowledge:
- OSS Technology
- Basic operation and support of mobile networks
- Office Tools: Advanced Excel and MS Office
Programming Languages:
- Knowledge of programming for script generation using Python or similar is valued.
Experience:
Experience in the following areas will be valued:
- GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, BTS, and OSS technologies and knowledge of Huawei equipment.
- Management and implementation of upgrade projects
- Wireless technology support engineering work
