The primary purpose of this role is to drive growth and manage a diverse customer and prospect portfolio within your designated territory. If you're passionate about sales, relationship-building, strategic planning, and closing impactful deals, this role is ideal for you.

What You'll Do
* Drive growth by managing a portfolio of larger-profile customers and exploring new prospects within Growth Markets.
* Develop and nurture relationships with customers to secure additional business, using a consultative sales approach.
* Create and implement effective sales strategies to introduce new opportunities and cross-sell Colt's services.
* Rebuild relationships with inactive customers by offering tailored solutions.
* Develop a comprehensive contact strategy to ensure engagement across all organizational levels.
* Collaborate with colleagues across functions to deliver optimal solutions and services.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in tech or with a growth mindset.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
