Position Overview
We are now looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team. The incumbent will be responsible for :
* Leading and driving the implementation of strategic cross-functional projects which can be developed at Regional or Country level (e.g., Strategic Plans, Transformational growth projects, efficiency plans, M&A&D projects, etc.).
* Identifying and analyzing transformational opportunities impacting GBfoods Europe divisions and developing and implementing required action plans (investment, acquisitions, organic development, etc.).
* Supervising and actively participating in the preparation of presentation materials and solidly presenting and defending them within senior forums.

Requirements
* 5-7 years of experience in top tier Strategic Consulting (ideally combined with business management experience, MBA welcome)
* Proficiency in English
* Great project leadership skills (hands-on person)
* Structured person with solid problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to travel when required (~20%, it may vary substantially depending on the project)
* Open to consider candidates living abroad (and willing to commute to Barcelona)
