Experteer Overview As Sales Manager for North/West Africa, you own the end-to-end customer relationship from prospecting to post-sale handover. You will lead account strategy, qualify and close deals in hospitality/technology, and coordinate with customer success and finance teams. You will travel extensively to engage various buying personas, drive renewals and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to revenue goals. This role supports Amadeus’ global travel technology mission and general customer-centric growth.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Prospect and qualify leads, manage pipeline, and close deals
- Prepare proposals and quotes with support from Solutions Consultants
- Negotiate proposals, SOWs, and service agreements
- Deliver product demos (e.G., Travel Intelligence, Media)
- Act as main client contact and build relationships with key buying personas
- Manage renewals for simple and complex deals
- Coordinate hand-off to post-sales teams and collaborate with CSM
- Lead account strategy discussions and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales data and client information in Salesforce
- Build client-specific account plans and contribute to sales targets and strategic objectives
- Organize thought-leadership materials for events and presentations
- Support Finance with Accounts Receivable processesResponsabilidades
- B2B sales success in hospitality and/or technology in Maghreb/West Africa
- Fluent in French and English; Arabic a strong plus
- Hunter mindset and territory planning
- Ability to travel extensively and work remotely within multinational governance
- Strong relationship-building skills across hierarchy levels
- Strong negotiation skills and barrier-breaking abilities to meet company goals
