🚀 We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join an innovative engineering team working on the development of high-voltage battery systems for advanced mobility and energy applications.
🔧 Main Responsibilities:
* Capture, analyze and manage system requirements, ensuring traceability throughout development.
* Support the definition of battery system architectures, including battery packs, modules, thermal management and BMS integration.
* Collaborate with hardware, software and mechanical teams to define system interfaces and technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain system-level documentation, specifications and technical reports.
* Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
* Define and support verification and validation activities, including test plans, test cases and analysis of results.
* Perform engineering analyses, simulations and calculations to support design decisions.
* Contribute to risk assessments and safety activities using methodologies such as FMEA and FTA.
* Monitor project progress, identify technical risks and support problem resolution activities.
✅ Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering within complex multidisciplinary products.
* Experience in high-voltage battery systems, battery packs, battery management systems (BMS) or electrification projects.
* Knowledge of requirements engineering processes and tools such as DOORS, Polarion, JAMA or similar.
* Experience with system validation, verification and testing activities.
* Familiarity with systems engineering methodologies including V-Model, FMEA and FTA.
* Experience using MATLAB/Simulink or similar modeling and simulation tools.
* Programming knowledge in Python, C++, or equivalent languages is considered a plus.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environments.
* Professional level of English.
