Descripción de la oferta

We are looking for a Junior Commercial Assistant to join our Commercial team in Palma.
This role plays a key part in the back office support to the commercial team as well as commercial marketing related activities and specific cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with all the cross functional areas of the company and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the communication initiatives related to commercial activities and projects.
- Provide support in specific commercial projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of commercial events (trade fairs, workshops, internal meetings, partner events, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics, materials, agendas and follow-up actions related to events.
- Liaise with Internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Support the Commercial team with marketing-related materials (presentations, brochures, internal documents, sales support materials).

Requisitos

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Tourism or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role involving commercial, events, marketing support or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of English is essential; Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced level of Office tools, specially Excel and Power Point and digital tools.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with initiative.
