SRM Pillar Manager, TradeTHE JOB :
This role requires a combination of strategic agility and strong analytical thinking to build appealing guidelines and frameworks, translating them into cluster realities, targets, roadmaps, and action plans. It involves a high level of collaboration with cluster and regional stakeholders and the ability to navigate strategic and deployment challenges, hence stakeholder management is essential.The role involves designing the cluster-level Trade investment strategy and leading its deployment. It drives alignment across the cluster and with cross-functional teams. The manager will analyze trade effectiveness and ROI to support cluster recommendations and insights, proactively coordinating trade investment decisions aligned with the segment and cluster value creation agenda.This is a 12-month position, potentially located in our South European Cluster (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Balkans, or Israel).Key Responsibilities :
Lead and develop the cluster Trade investment strategy and framework, ensuring alignment with the overall cluster business strategy and value creation plans across SRM pillars. Adapt strategies into guidelines, set and allocate trade targets, define action plans, and partner with other divisions to execute the strategy.Conduct analyses across the cluster to derive insights for continuous ROI improvement. Chair trade performance reviews with SRM market managers and sales/demand heads to inform strategy and integrate growth opportunities and risks into S&OP cycles.Govern and control annual trade investment targets, initiate scenario planning, and drive organizational alignment. Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to develop trade capabilities, monitor effectiveness, and deploy tools and processes.Represent the cluster trade pillar in relevant forums, act as a point of contact for regional communities, and deploy regional trade projects locally, ensuring local market inputs are incorporated.What are we looking for?4-5 years of experience in Sales, SRM, or FinanceAdvanced/fluent English skills (written and oral)Strategic mindset, financial acumen, customer focus, analytical skillsKnowledge of trade investment management;
