As part of our growing team, we're seeking a Security Engineering & Integration Expert to strengthen cyber resilience within a major global player in the maritime transport and logistics industry. This is a fully remote position, based in Spain. This mission centers on driving the adoption of the Cyber Defense Matrix (CDM) across the group, ensuring security capabilities are standardized, integrated, and measurable.

Your Role

You will assess and design security controls across environments, mapping existing tools and capabilities against all 25 CDM domains to identify gaps, overlaps, and blind spots.

Your Responsibilities

• Map existing tools and controls across all 25 CDM domains.
• Identify coverage gaps, overlaps, and blind spots across the security landscape.
• Define a target security solutions referential, including gaps and roadmap.
• Build and integrate dashboards to provide visibility into security posture.
• Produce a Cyber Defense Matrix security heatmap (current vs. target state).
• Deliver actionable recommendations and improvement plans to reduce cyber risk measurably.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or cyber defense.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and integrating enterprise-scale cybersecurity capabilities.
• Proven experience working within large and complex global environments.
• Strong experience across multiple cybersecurity domains: Network Security, Cloud Security, IAM, Endpoint Security, Security Monitoring & SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Data Protection, and Incident Detection & Response.
• Experience mapping and rationalizing security tools and controls across enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience building cybersecurity dashboards, reporting metrics, and executive visibility tools.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Defense Matrix (CDM), NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or equivalent frameworks.
• Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
• Experience working in multinational or highly distributed operational environments is a plus.
