We continually expand our objectives in line with our ambitions, achieving them with passion, commitment, and a growth mindset.Do you want to be part of a successful international pharmaceutical company and grow with us?Job PurposeManage the performance of assigned contract manufacturers.Ensure on-time and in-full delivery from contract manufacturers at favorable sourcing conditions.Establish and maintain the necessary business and legal framework between CMOs and STADA.Represent ESO in cross-functional meetings to align STADA's position.ResponsibilitiesManage assigned external manufacturing organizations, including contractual oversight.Support the initiation and negotiation of supply agreements with contract manufacturers.Establish strategic relationships with third-party suppliers and serve as the primary contact for business collaborations.Lead regular Management Business Reviews (MBRs) with senior stakeholders to review performance and identify improvement strategies.Drive continuous improvement in the overall business relationship.Collaborate on forecasting, production planning, and supply chain activities to ensure supply continuity and prevent back-orders.Act as the main contact for resolving supply chain and technical issues impacting timely supply or contractual obligations.Proactively identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.Lead activities to manage and execute risk mitigation plans.Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.Review sourcing conditions, challenge Cost of Goods (CoGs), and identify optimization measures.Evaluate, initiate, and track product transfers (site-to-site, insourcing).QualificationsBachelor's degree in life sciences, related sciences (with focus on manufacturing technology), economics, or as a technical engineer.3+ years of experience in operations within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated industry.5+ years handling external suppliers from a business perspective, with proven experience in business analysis and understanding manufacturing cost structures (RPM, OH, etc.
