Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation.

This role is contributing to the Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR/AGV) area in Madrigalejo del Monte, Burgos.

Preventive and corrective maintenance on AMRs at our clients' facilities, primarily in Spain, but also at various customer sites across Europe and the United States

Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote and onsite activity
*
Working with the customer to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points
*
Preparation of the necessary materials and submission of internal travel requests to visit the client, ensuring the effectiveness and timely execution of the scheduled activities

Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers
*
Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs, and suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
