Experteer Overview As Principal Consultant in the EU Analytics practice, you will lead large-scale data-driven transformations to accelerate patient access to treatments. You’ll shape operating models, drive organizational change, and deliver measurable business value. You will scale the EU Analytics practice by directing cross-functional teams of consultants and data scientists, while collaborating with Product and Sales leadership to align with Veeva’s data-led, tech-enabled Life Sciences strategy.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- 8+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)
- Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements
- Deep domain knowledge in Commercial Excellence, Pharma Operating Models, Advanced Analytics, Large-scale Data Strategy, and AI/ML applications in Life Sciences
- Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior customer relationships
