Role Summary
The Associate Director DDIT Dev CE, Business Analyst will act as an advisor, providing guidance to improve global Advanced Quantitative Sciences (AQS) business processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. The role involves engaging with global business leaders and leveraging IT teams to deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and add value.
Responsibilities
* Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation.
* Support validation and testing, ensuring compliance with Security and Regulatory policies.
* Partner with the AQS Business to deliver technological solutions that enhance capabilities.
* Develop improved business processes and design solutions to meet needs.
* Coordinate with teams to incorporate capabilities into solutions.
* Review data flow at integration points to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain quality and accuracy of project deliverables according to standards.
* Assist in managing the SCAPE Product Backlog and User Requirements Specification (URS).
* Align user requirements across project workstreams.
* Collaborate with vendors for correct interpretation and implementation of requirements.
Requirements
* Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or relevant experience.
* At least 7 years of global pharmaceutical industry experience.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
* Knowledge of Lean/6 Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodologies.
* Experience in project and change management.
* Proficiency in requirements management for complex systems.
* Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of clinical trial processes and quantitative sciences tools.
* Understanding of data modalities in drug development (Biomarkers, Omics, RWD/RWE, etc.).
