Overview Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Market Research Project Manager that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
As a Global Services Primary Market Research Project Manager, you will support the Customer Insights Manager in conducting global primary market research initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for executing all process-related activities throughout the full project lifecycle of Primary Market Research studies, including global purchasing, archiving, compliance, and process management with local affiliates to ensure valuable insights for the company.
Responsibilities Project Process Planning: Develop detailed project process steps, timelines, and resource requirements.
Project Process Execution: Oversee and manage efficient project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and compliance, and support procurement activities.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with process partners such as procurement, Pharmacovigilance, Non-Trial Activities, and local affiliates.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
Project Management in an International Setting: Manage standard projects with an agile, problem-solving, and solution-oriented approach.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to Non-Trial Activities, Pharmacovigilance, and other global processes impacting insights generation.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) in Healthcare Marketing, Primary / Secondary Market Research, or project management roles.
Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, Prince, Agile) is a plus.
1-3 years of professional project management experience in regulated industries.
Knowledge of market research, international experience, and cultural awareness are advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and ability to build collaborative relationships in a multicultural environment.
