WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
University degree in Communications, Marketing, Change Management, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in internal communications within a global IT organization, consultancy, or IS/IT provider
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English
Working knowledge of IT and business environments
Experience communicating across different cultures and organizational levels
Skilled in SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and HTML
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Canva, WalkMe, and Vevox
Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, virtual, and global team environments
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver communication initiatives
Write, edit, and publish content across internal channels (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Engage, intranet)
Develop materials like newsletters, email announcements, posters, and tip sheets
Contribute to onboarding content and welcome videos
Support multimedia content creation, including basic video editing and graphic design
Maintain and update internal communication platforms and sites
Assist in the execution of internal campaigns and storytelling around IT Security & Compliance
