About Superstruct Entertainment Iberia

Superstruct Entertainment Iberia operates the largest network of music festivals and live events in Spain, including iconic brands such as Sónar, Brunch Electronik, Arenal Sound, FIB, Viña Rock, ElrowTown, Monegros, O Son do Camiño, Festival de les Arts, and many more.

As part of Superstruct Entertainment, a global live entertainment platform owning over 85+ festivals and events in Europe and Australia, Superstruct Iberia connects millions of fans through unique cultural and experiential experiences.

Our Brand Partnerships team develops creative, large-scale strategies that enable brands to engage audiences through powerful storytelling, live experiences, and digital activations.

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager (with New Business & Key Accounts apptitudes) to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines new business development and strategic account management responsibilities to drive growth across Superstruct Iberia’s portfolio — with a special focus on Sónar Festival, OFF Sónar, Brunch Electronik events and Festival, Hivernacle).

You will identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships that strengthen our market position and deliver meaningful, measurable value for partners and festivals alike.

Business Development & Sales

Lead partnership growth for Sónar, Brunch Electronik (Centris), and other Iberia festivals by identifying and closing new commercial opportunities.
Drive year-on-year revenue growth, client diversification, and brand synergy opportunities across multiple events.
Manage end-to-end delivery of sponsorship activations — from contract negotiation to on-site execution.
Collaborate with festival operations, production, marketing and creative teams to ensure flawless activation and integration of brand experiences.
Supervise and optimize activation budgets, ensuring profitability and ROI.

Collaborate with the Superstruct teams across Iberia OPCOs (The Music Republic, Bring the Noise, Advanced Music, elrow, Centris, and Sharemusic!).
Coordinate with Superstruct’s global network to leverage tools, data, insights, and best practices.
Contribute to building a client-first, commercially driven culture while maintaining the creative and cultural integrity of our festivals.

Oversee delivery of post-event reports and evaluations, providing sponsors with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the Superstruct Iberia Insights team to measure performance, ROI, and opportunities for improvement.

~ Anticipate risks and escalate red flags promptly to ensure delivery at the highest standards.
~ 7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or key account management within the entertainment, music, media, or sports industries.
~ Strong knowledge of the Catalonian and Spanish brand and agency landscape with an established network of contacts.
~ Proven ability to drive commercial results through both new business and client retention.
~ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus).
~ Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Keynote, and CRM tools.
~ Willingness to travel across festivals and events throughout the season.
~ Finds innovative ways to connect brands and audiences.
~ Focused on delivering measurable business growth.
~ Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic festival environment.


7+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or key account management within the entertainment, music, media, or sports industries.
~ Strong knowledge of the Catalonian and Spanish brand and agency landscape with an established network of contacts.
~ Proven ability to drive commercial results through both new business and client retention.
~ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan a plus).
~ Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Keynote, and CRM tools.
