What you will do in this role

As an Engagement Manager, you will:
* Provide concierge support for a pre-defined list of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) developing, publishing, and growing sales of applications built on the Microsoft cloud platforms as part of the Digital Sales ISV Success Program.
* Be the first contact point, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term partner relationships.
* Define call talk tracks designed for consistent, repeatable execution.
* Focus on product/offerings specific to the target audience.
* Execute structured multi-channel outreach (call, email, social).
* Obsess over Microsoft's customers and prospects to deliver a world-class engagement experience.
* Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs.
* Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business as "Voice of Partner".
Your qualifications

* Are bilingual or proficient in English.
* Have 1-2 years' experience in IT sales with a proven success record or in sales/account/customer management.
* Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
It would be a plus if you:
* Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
* Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certifications on MS Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps.
