Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are hourly and depend on your performance in the application process.Responsibilities
Execute systematic follow-up processes for accounts receivable using QuickBooks Online and collaborative toolsManage professional email communications with clients regarding outstanding paymentsConduct weekly follow-ups and maintain detailed documentation of all client interactionsCreate and maintain organized tracking systems using Excel and Google DocsProvide regular status updates to management on collection efforts and client responsesHandle telephone follow-ups when required (for French-speaking markets)Coordinate with external collection agencies for accounts beyond the 30-day thresholdMaintain detailed records of payment commitments and follow-up schedulesRequirements
Strong professional communication skills in English;
French bilingual capability highly valuedExperience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting softwareProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google WorkspaceProfessional phone manner and business email communication styleExperience in accounts receivable, collections, or financial administration preferredAbility to maintain positive client relationships while pursuing payment resolutionCommitment to confidentiality and professional ethicsPermanent work-from-homeHMO Coverage for eligible locationsImmediate hiringReminder
