We are looking for a new coworker to join us in this multidisciplinary role in the manufacturing areas of the plant at Granollers!RESPONSIBILITIESAs our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing engineering and installation projects within the Engineering department, ensuring health, safety, and environmental variables are integrated into engineering management. You will also communicate with teams and the organization about the specific scorecard.Main Focus:
Establish the foundation for project management.Control, prioritize, and forecast plant CAPEX.Establish and follow procedures for CAPEX prioritization.Create global engineering project practices and guidelines.Ensure health, safety, and environment are integrated into engineering practices.Create and integrate standard CQV procedures into project procedures.Identify engineering management synergies within the plant and propose methods to leverage them.Lead multidisciplinary problem-solving groups and promote problem-solving techniques within the organization.Train technicians in established project management procedures.Represent the Engineering department in the absence of the Engineering Director.Develop activities related to resource, energy, and plant supply savings.Participate in new initiatives, including FMEA analysis during change parts design phases.Analyze machinability for new product proposals and suggest line allocations.Support the innovation team in change parts design and validation.During testing and commissioning, analyze incidents and implement countermeasures.Ensure on-time execution of tasks during LT & CR.Manage actions from FMEA LT or CR.Create training packages and conduct sessions to ensure operational team performance.Design and implement solutions to improve operations or machine capabilities.Participate in designing or improving production line layouts as required.Working for Coty means celebrating and embracing diversity. Hold an Engineering degree (Industrial Design or Mechanical).Have demonstrated experience with deep equipment technical expertise across processes at the site, preferably in related industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or Chemical.Are experienced with Inventor, AutoCAD, and other tools like MS Office.Have a broad vision of bulk manufacturing and filling operations, including processes, equipment, and utilities.Know QA and GCM guidelines in manufacturing environments.Have experience in industrialization processes for new formulas/products.Possess knowledge of RM & TQM basics.Are familiar with financial aspects like investment analysis, project cost control, and asset management.Are proficient in English and Spanish.OUR BENEFITSAs our Engineering Manager, you will receive:
