In this role you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of integral hotel customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS), translating complex requirements into precise configurations and managing data migrations to enable a smooth go-live. You will drive implementation from inception to production and keep stakeholders aligned across cross-functional teams. You will optimize and automate delivery processes while partnering with R&D;, Solution Management, and Product to incorporate new developments. This position offers autonomy in a multicultural environment and a meaningful impact on travel technology and customer success.

• Own the implementation lifecycle for ACRS features from inception to production
• Gather customer and third-party requirements to scope fit-for-purpose solutions
• Define and execute system initialization and data migration strategies
• Manage milestones and environment readiness to ensure timely go-lives
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and implementation leads
• Test and validate customized solutions; provide expert problem resolution
• Coordinate with R&D;, Solution Management, Product to incorporate new developments and escalate risks
• Simplify and automate implementation processes to improve speed and quality
Responsabilidades
• 4-6 years of experience in Implementation or Business Analyst roles within Hospitality or Travel Tech
• Advanced mastery of MS Office Suite and SharePoint
• Expert use of Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Solid understanding of APIs and the SDLC
• Proven track record managing large-scale system integration projects
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; excellent English communication
• Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in multicultural environments
• Experience leading 3rd party meetings with confidence
