We are looking for a Scrum Master
An experienced professional who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across squads while maintaining clear communication with Product Owners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements. - Identify and remove blockers affecting team progress (access requests, test users, bug follow-up, cross-team dependencies). - Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; organize meetings when needed. - Maintain delivery governance: ensure Jira tickets are updated, prioritized, and aligned with dependencies. - Participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team dependencies and contribute to process improvements.
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to support Agile adoption and continuous improvement. - Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and remove blockers. - Ability to foster collaboration within squads and across teams. - Organizational and analytical mindset to track progress, priorities, and dependencies. - Proactive attitude, ownership, and ability to maintain focus on team performance and outcomes.
✅ Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of Scrum principles and experience facilitating core ceremonies. - Experience managing workflows and backlogs in Jira. - Ability to manage team capacity, prepare sprint planning inputs, and monitor delivery execution. - Fluent in English (C1) with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
