About the Role :
As a Video Content Analyst ,you’ll be responsible for monitoring and evaluating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform rules and community standards. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and consistent decision-making will contribute to building a trustworthy and engaging online experience.
Key Responsibilities :
* Review various types of content (text, images, videos, etc.) to ensure compliance with platform policies
* Apply moderation rules fairly and consistently across all user submissions
* Respond to user appeals with professionalism and provide transparent explanations for moderation decisions
* Stay informed about policy updates and relevant industry standards
* Identify trends and potential risks, and share insights to improve moderation practices
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and strengthen overall moderation efforts
Requirements :
1. Proficiency in German (C2 level)
2. Proficiency in English (B2 level)
3. Relevant Experience is preferable
4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
