About The Role
Join a high-performance sales team delivering Google Ads solutions to regional businesses across Europe. As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and build lasting client relationships — all in a fast-paced, target-driven environment at a prime Barcelona location.
Responsibilities
* Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored Google Ads solutions
* Manage a high volume of accounts with a focus on exceptional service and sales performance
* Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strong persuasion techniques
* Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs consistently
* Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
* Create digital marketing strategies adapted to businesses of all sizes
* Quickly adapt to evolving customer needs and business priorities
Requirements
* C2 level of Norwegian and C1 level of English — both written and spoken
* Minimum 20 months of proven sales experience with a strong track record of results
* Demonstrated ability to build client relationships quickly and convincingly
* Experience creating digital marketing strategies for clients of varying sizes
* BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent career progression demonstrating strong functional expertise
* Proficient in strategic influencing and resilient in target-focused environments
* Prior experience in complex customer service or account management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Awareness of GDPR and data privacy practices relevant to the Norwegian-speaking market
* Deep understanding of Nordic business culture, market dynamics, and digital marketing ecosystems
