Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Payroll Specialist
with solid experience in
SAP SuccessFactors
and
Workday
(or similar HRIS systems) to join our international HR Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of payroll data for submission to our outsourced payroll partners across multiple market locations.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and validate monthly payroll data for multiple countries before submission to external payroll providersCollaborate closely with
outsourced payroll vendors
to ensure compliance and accuracyPartner with the
Rewards/Compensation team
to apply salary changes, bonuses, and other compensation adjustmentsWork alongside the
HRIS/Tech team
on system improvements and automation initiativesMonitor local payroll deadlines and ensure all activities are completed on time and in compliance with local lawsAssist with audits and reporting requirements, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data accuracyServe as the first point of contact for payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
Skillset and Experience required
3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational environmentProven experience with
SAP SuccessFactors ,
Workday, or similar HRIS/payroll platformsStrong understanding of payroll processes, data integrity, and compliance in a multi-country settingExcellent communication skills in both
English and Spanish
(verbal & written)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detailComfortable working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Tech, and external vendors
Preferred Skills
Experience with continuous process improvement or automation projectsFamiliarity with labor regulations across multiple countriesBackground in HR operations or rewards administration is a plus
