Job Title: Finance Assistant

With new funding secured, Glamping Hub is expanding and seeking a Finance Assistant to join our successful finance team. The role involves tracking financial performance, analyzing business and market conditions, creating forecasts, measuring project effectiveness, and supporting strategic decision-making through periodic reports.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and process daily disbursements to clients, highlighting issues before review.
2. Manage manual and automatic payments, check for failed disbursements, and liaise with customer service.
3. Monitor and manage multiple currencies across cash accounts.
4. Track and analyze website transactions, including disputes and chargebacks.
5. Prepare high-level statistics for daily distribution to stakeholders.
6. Provide accounting and financial support, including bookkeeping and reconciliation.
7. Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely receipt of invoices from suppliers and creditors.
8. Perform report checks and data analysis using Excel and payment platforms.
9. Create reports for management companies and compare sales forecasts with platform figures.
10. Report on technical-financial issues and assist clients with financial inquiries.
11. Collaborate with IT and product teams to automate financial processes.
12. Research and implement financial tools to increase productivity.
13. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* 0-3+ years of experience in business finance or related fields.
* Proficiency with Excel formulas and functions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
* Proactive attitude and good business acumen.
* Excellent command of English.
* Attention to detail with high standards of accuracy.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Initiative, responsibility, and decision-making capabilities.
