FUNCTIONS
•Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the customers in the markets assigned as follow
•Expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
•Obtain sales, revenue and scout all possible business in the assigned area to achieve the goals.
•Prospect new customers doing networking to promote new business. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Requistes
•BSc or higher / equivalent in Chemistry and or Industrial Engineering.
•Successful previous experience as a sales representative or KAM in the market of self-adhesive consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
•At least minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in a position involving some of the responsibilities defined above.
•Polish, German & English high level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
•Strong business sense and industry
•Result oriented, capacity of negotiation to close agreement within different areas in our company.
•Clear communication is key to success as the role requires regular dialogue with all business functions and customers.
