We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team in Granollers. In this role, you will lead the site’s corrective and preventive maintenance strategy, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance across our packaging and manufacturing lines.
THE ROLE
* Coordinate the Corrective Maintenance team (shift leaders & technicians).
* Act as Maintenance Lead for PKG and MKG areas.
* Manage the plant’s daily Top 5 priorities.
* Conduct daily/weekly DDS and support priority lines.
* Track weekly KPIs (BD, MTBF, %PM) and review monthly packing line performance.
* Serve as a Machine Safety Owner and LOTO Leader for the site.
* Oversee maintenance budgets (corrective, FY, CAPEX/OVH).
* Manage assets, spare parts, workshops, and CR360.
What you will bring
* Technical degree.
* 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (pharma, food, cosmetics, automotive).
* High level of English.
* Strong analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
* Autonomous, agile, and effective at influencing across teams.
