Location: On-site presence in Zurich 2-3 days per week at the initial phase of the project
Role Overview
ServiceNow Technical Consultant with experience in Telco Sales and Order Management (SOMT), specifically the Order Management modules, to support a delivery engagement with the end client.
The role requires both hands-on technical delivery and a consultative approach — purely advisory profiles will not be considered.
Key Requirements
* Telcoms Order Management (primary requirement)
* Experience with ServiceNow's SOMT (Sales and Order Management for Telecoms) module
* Familiarity with Telco order management fulfilment flows
* Technical Consultant / Solution Architect with hands-on delivery capability
* Must be comfortable operating as both a practitioner and advisor
* ServiceNow platform expertise required, and familiarity with CMDB, Service Design and Service Catalogue.
* Proven delivery experience on ServiceNow in the Telecommunications vertical
* Solution architecture skills with the ability to get into the detail
