A well-established and growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in the United States. This role is idóneo for a strong people leader with a passion for Spanish cuisine, operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Manage, motivate and develop large front-of-house teams, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Guarantee excellent service standards and a consistent guest experience at all times
- Work closely with kitchen and senior management to align operations, quality and commercial goals
- Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, training and performance management
- Control and analyse KPIs including sales, labour cost, productivity and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards and internal procedures
Profile We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager (or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager) in high-volume restaurants
- Solid background in team management and leadership
- Very high level of English is mandatory ; Spanish is a strong plus
- Previous international experience or experience working abroad is highly valued
- Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and service excellence
- Comfortable working in dynamic, demanding environments with high service standards
- Passion for Spanish cuisine and hospitality culture
