Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
1. Manage and develop strategic customer relationships, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s growth objectives and delivering on revenue and satisfaction targets.
2. Collaborate with commercial leadership and internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans focused on growth, cost reduction, and sustainability.
3. Lead contract negotiations and commercial tenders to secure favorable terms while meeting customer and business objectives.
4. Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure compliance with audit plans and maintain accurate asset management records.
5. Monitor account performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (NPS), and develop action plans to address areas needing improvement.
6. Build and maintain strong networks within customers’ organizations, driving strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
7. Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive networking and leveraging existing customer relationships, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
8. Drive revenue retention and expansion by fostering long-term partnerships and managing customer relationships through effective communication and tailored solutions.
About the Role
Position Purpose:
Manage and grow a portfolio of large and complex customer accounts to ensure retention, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Lead strategic relationships and identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and optimizing asset productivity.
Act as the primary contact for key customers, delivering customized solutions and building strong, lasting partnerships.

Experience:
17. Strong sales and account management experience in a similar role
18. Knowledge of or working history in the food or food processing industry
19. Experience in the supply chain
20. Proven track record.
